In his new PBS special, CHRIS BOTTI IN BOSTON, trumpeter Botti performs with an incredible group of featured guest artists, including Sting, Josh Groban, John Mayer, Yo-Yo Ma, Lucia Micarelli, Katharine McPhee, Steven Tyler and Sy Smith, with Keith Lockhart conducting the Boston Pops. Boston performs More Than A Feeling LIVE at Giants Stadium, NJ, 6-17-79. Rare video of the ORIGINAL BAND! NO, this was not a sound check. I don't understand why comments keep getting posted asking "where is everybody?" Ok take a good look at what is in the video. Do you see in FRONT of the stage or BEHIND it? If you said BEHIND it, you are right. Just how many people sit behind a stage? Very few. The entire concert video shows the crowd during other songs, and the stadium was packed, just not behind the stage. I thought common sense would prevail and most folks would notice that the video is mostly of BEHIND the stage, but apparently I was wrong. And for those who keep asking "when was this video taken?", read the first part of the description. |
